2025 UPDATED AVAILABILITY AND PRICE LIST
- March: £100 per night - min 3 nights stay
- April: 1st - 11th inclusive £100 per night - min 3 nights stay
- April: 12th-19th (Half Term) £1100 per week
- April: 19th - 21st Bank Holiday Weekend £470 - 3 nights stay
- May: 6th - 23rd inclusive £110 per night - min 3 nights stay
- 31st May - 30th June inclusive £140 per night - min 3 nights stay
- July: Fully Booked
- August: 9th - 30th £1700 per week (Saturday - Saturday)
- 1st September - 24th October inclusive £120 per night - min 3 nights stay

Discounts available for returning guests.
- Booking - Booking will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit - amount to be agreed
- Booking fee - includes £150 damage deposit - refundable - (*see below).
- Payment Plans available - Spread the cost over 4 payments
- Bookings made within 14 days of date of arrival - will require payment in full
- £150 damage deposit - to be *refunded within 48hrs of the property being vacated and satisfactorily checked by housekeeping.
- Peak Week Booking - 7 Nights during peak times. (shorter stays during peak times are available but will be charged at the full week [Saturday - Saturday] rate)
- Shorter Stays - Minimum 3 nights stay, please contact us for details and availability.
- Unlimited WiFi - £10 for the duration of your stay
- Check-in from 4pm/Check-out by 10am
- No Smoking or Vaping anywhere in the Lodge, on the Decking Area or Driveway.
- Park Amenities - please visit the Park Reception to arrange your passes. ***Park Amenities - available March - November***
